慈姑球茎膨大过程中主要碳水化合物变化的初步研究

摘要:

本文通过对慈姑球茎膨大过程中的主要碳水化合物含量的变化进行了初步研究,在武汉地区的气候条件下,刮老乌品种从9月上旬球茎开始膨大。结果表明,在膨大过程中,蔗糖含量呈上升趋势,在球茎膨大约90d时含量最高达28.05mg/g。果糖含量遵循“上升-下降-上升”的变化规律;葡萄糖含量先上升,之后降低。总淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量都呈上升的变化规律,支链淀粉/直链淀粉的比值总是小于1。

Abstract:

Based on the Arrowhead bulbs in the process of enlargement of the main changes in carbohydrate content of a preliminary study, the results indicate that climatic conditions in Wuhan, scraping the old varieties of Ukraine in early September bulbs from the start swelling. In the enlargement process, the sugar content went up, about 90 days in the content of bulb enlargement up to 28.05mg / g. Fructose follow the "up - down - up" variation; glucose increased first and then decreased. Total starch, amylose and amylopectin content increased for changes of amylopectin / amylose ratio is always less than 1.
