江苏省设施农业气象灾害风险等级区划

The Risk Grading Regionalization of Meteorological Disaster of Facilities Agriculture in Jiangsu Province

摘要:

基于GIS技术平台,选取苏北、苏南有代表性的塑料温室,利用温室内外观测数据构建设施农业小气候模型,预测温室内空气平均温度。再利用1990—2009年江苏省7个国家基本气象站和43个一般气象站常规气象观测数据以及江苏DEM数据,结合设施农业气象灾害指标对江苏省设施农业气象3种主要气象灾害:寡照灾害、低温灾害、高温灾害进行风险等级区划。结果表明:轻度和重度寡照灾害,由北向南表现出明显的频率增强;南通低温灾害最重,沛县低温灾害最轻;江苏省大部分地区均以中度高温灾害为主,射阳高温灾害最轻,溧阳高温灾害最重。最后基于GIS平台,制作了江苏省设施农业气象灾害风险等级区划图。研究结果为预防设施农业气象灾害,指导农民提早做好灾害防护工作,规划设施农业生产的合理布局提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

Based on the technology platform of GIS, utilizing the observed data to construct the greenhouse microclimate model to predict the average temperature inside greenhouse which can represent the northern and southern greenhouse in Jiangsu. Then, utilizing the common meteorological observation data which came from 7 basic and 43 ordinary stations from 1990 to 2009 and DEM data of Jiangsu province, combined with the index of meteorological disaster of facilities agriculture, the risk grading regionalization of few light disaster, low temperature disaster and high temperature disaster had been employed. The results showed that a obviously trend of enhanced frequency in mild and severe few light disaster; low temperature disaster performance the most serious in Nantong and the least serious in Peixian; moderate high temperature disaster appeared in most of Jiangsu province, high temperature disaster performance the most serious in Liyang and the least serious in Sheyang. Finally, The risk grading regionalization of meteorological disaster of facilities agriculture in Jiangsu province had been completed based on the technology platform of GIS. The results in this study can support for preventing meteorological disaster of facilities agriculture and guiding the operation earlier than the disaster for the peasant and providing the scientific basis of developing facilities agriculture with high productivity and efficiency.
