摘要：

概述分子遗传图谱的基本概念，分析木薯分子遗传图谱构建中分子标记、作图群体的选用与构建，综述国内外木薯分子遗传图谱构建的研究进展，探讨木薯分子遗传图谱构建的应用前景，并结合木薯分子遗传图谱的构建对图谱构建中所存在的问题作了深入的探究。

Abstract:

This paper is intended to give an account of the basic concepts of the molecular genetic map, analyzes the selection of molecular makers and construction of mapping population in construction of the molecular genetic maps of cassava, summerizes internal and external research progress on construction of the molecular genetic maps of cassava, probe into application prospect of construction of the molecular genetic maps of cassava, and combine the construction of the molecular genetic maps of cassava to deeply investigate the problems in construction of the map.
