多功能微生物制剂对农田栽参土壤养分状况的影响

摘要:

以多功能微生物制剂的不同施用方法、不同施入水平对农田栽参土壤养分状况的影响作用进行了试验研究。结果表明:多功能微生物制剂对土壤养分状况改良效果明显,同时可以分解转化农田栽参土壤的有机质、全量NPK的含量,多功能微生物制剂作基肥施入和激活后作基肥施入土壤中有机质、全N、全P的含量均随施入量增加而降低,其中微生物制剂激活后以150 g/m2作基肥施入后有机质、全N和全P含量最低,分别为17.68 g/kg,1.63 g/kg、0.39 g/kg,对全K影响不显著;微生物制剂对人参土壤速效NPK含量都有提高,其中微生物制剂直接作基肥以150 g/m2施入时,对土壤中速效NPK含量作用显著,含量分别为18.77 mg/kg、98.02 mg/kg和1420.29 mg/kg,而且与对照及其它处理的不同水平达显著或极显著差异。多功能微生物制剂能够改善农田栽参土壤养分状况,合理的施用量和施用方式可以有效地提高土壤养分供应能力。

Abstract:

The effect of soil nutrients of cultivated ginseng were studied by different methods of application and different content of multi-microbial organic treatment. Results showed that: multi-microbial organic treatment seriously improved soil nutrients, besides, decomposed organic matter and transformed total content of NPK in the cultivated ginseng soil. When the treatment was 150 g/m2 as basic fertilizer addition after activated multi- microbial manure, the contents of soil organic matter, total N and P respectively increased 17.68 g/kg, 1.63 g/kg and 0.39 g/kg in the cultivated ginseng, the total K content no significant effect. Soil available NPK were boosted by 150 g/m2 basic fertilizer with multi-microbial organic treatment, the addition value were 18.77 mg/kg, 98.02 mg/kg and 1420.29 mg/kg, respectively. The 150 g/m2 multi-microbial organic treatment as basic cultivated ginseng fertilizer treatment not only improved soil condition but also had significant or extremely significant effect on the other treatment. Therefore, the multi-microbial manure was better biologicals for ginseng soil nutrients improvement for cultivated farmland when it was used by appropriate fertilizer content and fertilizing manner.
