摘要:

本试验研究了大豆异黄酮对鸭小肠黏膜内淋巴细胞分布的影响。试验选用咔叽-康贝尔鸭200只,随机分成两组即:对照组和试验组。每组100只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.04%大豆异黄酮,试验期为40天。试验结束时从各组选择50只鸭进行屠杀,采集鸭的十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织样本,置于波氏固定液中固定。采用常规石蜡切片技术制作组织切片,应用OlympusCH-30显微摄影系统进行观察与拍照。结果表明饲喂大豆异黄酮的试验组鸭小肠黏膜内淋巴细胞分布较对照组明显增多。说明大豆异黄酮能显著提高咔叽-康贝尔鸭小肠黏膜免疫功能。

Abstract:

To study the effect of soybean isoflavones on the distribution of lymphocyte in small intestine mucosal of ducks. 200 KaJi-Cambel ducks were randomized into 2 groups, the control group and the experiment group. Each group has 100. The control was fed basal diet. Soybean isoflavones was supplemented in basal diets of experiment group by 0.04%. The experiment stage was 40 days. the experiment ducks were slaughtered at the end of experiments.The sample of small intestine of every group ducks were sampled. The samples were fixed in the Bouin liquid, produced the paraffin slice and H?E dyeing. The slice was observed and photograph under the microscope of OlympuCH-30. The result reveals that the intramucosal lymphocyte in small intestine of experiment group ducks were increased than the control group.Immune function of small intestine mucosal was promoted by the soybean isoflavones.
