利用鸡蛋壳为原料发酵法生产丙酸钙的研究

摘要:

为了降低丙酸钙生产成本,解决食品加工企业产生的大量废弃鸡蛋壳大量堆积对环境造成的不利影响,笔者进行了以鸡蛋壳为原料生产丙酸钙的研究。在本研究中,笔者采用固定化纤维床反应器,以鸡蛋壳为原料发酵法生产丙酸钙。在35℃下,40 g/L的葡萄糖,发酵60 h,得到丙酸发酵液。取5 g鸡蛋壳粉碎、煅烧后得到的氧化钙粉末,缓慢加入1 L发酵液中,于35℃反应1 h,得到8.56 g丙酸钙,产率为85.8%。该方法直接将氧化钙粉末加入到丙酸发酵液中,产率较高,是一种有效的丙酸钙生产方法。

Abstract:

In order to improve economic efficiency, recycled eggshell was used as raw materials to produce calcium propionate. In this study, propionic acid fermentation was carried through with the use of fibrous-bed bioreactor. Calcium was obtained at 35℃, 40 g/L glucose, fermentation 60 h. Take 5 g calcium oxide powder which was obtained by egg shells treated with crushed and calcined, and adding to 1 L fermentation liquor slowly. The reaction was processed 1 h at 35℃, and 8.56 g calcium propionate was obtained, the yield was 85.8%. This is an effective method, which has a satisfied yield.
