近红外光谱技术鉴别猪肉和牛肉的研究

摘要:

本文以近红外光谱分析技术结合模式判别方法建立一种鉴别猪肉和牛肉的方法为目的。采用近红外漫反射光谱法,通过多元散射校正(MSC)、一阶导数加Norris导数平滑点(5,3)处理光谱,波段范围选取5996.42~5805.84,9058.85~8546.36 cm-1,采用TQ Analyst光谱分析软件中的马氏距离设为1建立判别分析模型。结果表明,模型能够准确的鉴别出猪肉、牛肉。因此,近红外光谱技术用于猪肉、牛肉鉴别分析具有可行性。

Abstract:

This paper took identifying pork and beef by near infrared spectroscopy combined with pattern recognition techniques for purpose. A discriminant analysis model was established based on spread reflection Near-infrared spectroscopy. According to Multiplicative signal correction (MSC)、First derivative and Norris derivative filt to a smooth point ( (5,3) dealed with spectrum . Selecting spectra ranges of 5996.42~5805.84,9058.85~8546.36 cm-1 and adopting TQ Analyst software with Mahalanobis Distance was 1 to set up discriminatory analysis model . The result showed that the model can identify accurately between pork and beef . For this reason , the Near i infrared spectroscopy technology can be used to identify pork and beef .
