Advances on the Mechanisms of Phospholipase D Regulating Stress Tolerance of Plants

摘要:

磷脂酶D(PLD)不仅是一类重要的磷脂水解酶,也是一类重要的跨膜信号转导酶。文章介绍了植物磷脂酶D的研究现状及进展,包括PLD的分类,不同磷脂酶D同工型酶(PLDs)的生化特性,及其在植物逆境胁迫反应中的作用与机理等。

Abstract:

Phospholipase D is not only a kind of important hydrolytic enzymes, but also a kind of important enzymes in signal transduction of biological membrane. In this review, the recent advances on phospholipase D of plants, including the classification of phospholipase D family, biochemistry characteristics of different PLDs, and their distinct function and the mechanisms to stress tolerance were discussed.
