芝麻遗传工程的研究进展

摘要:

芝麻是重要的油料作物之一。因其建立高效的遗传转化再生体系较难,制约了芝麻遗传工程的发展。从消毒剂、激素处理、光周期、蔗糖浓度、外植体、基本培养基、外源激素、AgNO3几个方面综述了影响芝麻的再生体系建立的因素,总结了芝麻的遗传转化方法,并讨论了芝麻基因工程的发展前景及存在的问题。

Abstract:

Sesame is one of important oil crops. However, it was difficult to establish an efficient genetic transformation system, limiting the development of genetic engineering in sesame. In this paper, several influencing factors of establishing regeneration system in sesame were reviewed, including disinfectant, hormone treatment, photoperiod, sucrose concentration, explant type, basic medium, exogenous hormones and AgNO3. The genetic transformation methods were also summarized, and finally the prospects and problems of genetic engineering in sesame were discussed.
