摘要:

简介了辣椒碱类化合物的化学组成、理化性质和应用,综述了国内外近年来提取辣椒碱的10种方法:氢氧化钠法、离子交换法、溶剂提取法、超临界CO2萃取法、酶法提取、超声波提取法、微波提取、微切助互作技术、生物法、化学合成法。就不同的提取方法进行了比较。最后,对辣椒碱的研究应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

Chemical constitutions and its physical and chemical properties of capsaicinoids were described in this paper. 10 Methods for capsaicin's purification at home and abroad in recent years were also reviewed, which contained Sodium-hydroxide method, Ion exchange process, Solvent extraction, Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SFE), Enzymatic extraction, Ultrasonic extraction, Microwave extraction, Pressure-shear Induced Chemical Transitions (PICT), Biological method, Chemical synthesis. The different extracting methods were compares. Finally, a study of capsaicin application prospect was also presented.
