黄淮冬麦区不同年代旱地小麦萌发期抗旱性与根系活力研究

The Study of Huang-Huai Winter Wheat Area in Different Years of Dry-land Wheat Germination Period of Drought and Root Activity

摘要:

为了调查黄淮冬麦区不同年代旱地小麦品种萌发期抗旱性与根系活力的变化规律,选择具有调研性的实验材料12个,利用GB/T 21127—2007小麦抗旱性鉴定评价技术规范,对12个供试材料进行种子萌发期抗旱性鉴定,同时对供材料进行根系活力测定。结果表明,供试12个品种小麦的抗旱性从20世纪50年代以来呈现“马鞍型”演变趋势;根系活力对照组呈现平缓下降,而高渗胁迫处理组小麦的根系活力却呈现上升的趋势;抗旱性与高渗胁迫下根系活力呈显著正相关关系。

Abstract:

To investigate the variation of the drought tolerance and the root vigor of the wheat during the germination, which were breed in different ages in Huang-Huai area, 12 wheat were chosen to test the drought tolerance and the root vigor and based on the GB/T 21127-2007 wheat drought evaluation technical specification. Results showed that, the trend of the drought- tolerance like a saddle. The root vigor of the materials treated with PEG-6000, from 1950s to today, showed up trend, however root vigor of these untreated with PEG-6000 were no divergence distinctly. It suggested that, there was a positive relation between the drought tolerance and the root vigor.
