摘要：

为了研究对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病的流行病学特点、检测方法及综合防治现状。笔者研究前人研究成果，对传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒的基本特性、感染宿主、传播条件、致病性、地理分布、基因组研究、检测技术及最新研究进展等方面的研究现状进行了综述。以期为对虾IHHNV的防控提供系统的参考资料。

Abstract:

In order to discuss the epidemiological feature, detection method and the prevention status of Infectious hypodermal and haematopoietic necrosis (IHHN), a general introduction of the geographic range, basic characteristics, host range, genome research, pathogenicity, clinical signs of diagnostic significance and the diagnostic procedures of Infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHHNV) were reviewed. This paper was aimed to provide systematic references and technical supports for prevention and control of IHHNV.
