Research Progress on Application of Gene Chip in Agriculture

摘要:

基因芯片技术具有高通量、大规模处理数据等特点,能够迅速解析特定生物过程中基因表达变化的全面信息,在生命科学研究中发挥重要作用。为此,综述了基因芯片的原理与分类,实验操作流程,如何科学地分析数据及介绍基因表达谱检测基因表达水平、基因芯片在植物病虫害检测、植物基因突变、发现新基因、转基因农产品检测中的应用,分析了其所存在的问题并对未来发展趋势作出设想,指出了随着基因芯片技术的不断发展和完善,其将在农业领域拥有更广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

Gene chip has high throughput, large scale data processing and other feathers,it can quickly analyze the comprehensive information in the specific biological process of gene expression and play an important role in life sciences. This review gene chip principles and classification, experimental operation flow, how to scientifically analyze the data, and researches on the detection of gene expression level by gene expression profile, plant diseases and insect pests application, plant gene mutation, discovering new genes, determining transgene farm products, analyzed the existing problems, at the same time look forward gene chip research practice prospects. It was to provide the insight of the technology of gene chips. It indicates that with flourish development of gene chip, which has been used in agriculture has broader application prospects.
