Study on Some Physiology Characters of Drought Stress Resistance of Paper-tube Seedlings in Sugarbeet

摘要:

为了研究不同处理的纸筒苗的抗旱性差异,提高甜菜纸筒育苗水平,选取不同处理的纸筒苗,在相同时间干旱处理后,测定叶片中电导率、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量。研究表明,强壮的纸筒苗在相同时间的缺水条件下,比弱苗具有较低的电导率、POD活性和可溶性糖含量,较高的可溶性蛋白含量。同时壮秧剂的使用也提高了纸筒苗的可溶性蛋白含量,明显降低了叶片的电导率和可溶性糖的含量,对于提高纸筒苗的抗性有明显作用。试验结果表明电导率、过氧化物酶、可溶性糖可以作为纸筒苗的抗旱性鉴定的生理指标。

Abstract:

To improve the level of paper-tube seedlings, the experiment was carried out to find out drought stress resistance of different paper-tube seedlings in sugarbeet, taking different treatment paper-tube seedling as material under drought, electrical conductivity, the soluble protein content, POD activity and the soluble sugar content were studied. The results showed that, electrical conductivity, activity of POD and the soluble sugar content was lower in stronger seedlings than those in week seedlings. The soluble protein content was higher in strong seedlings. The results indicated that, seedling-strengthening agent increased the content of soluble protein, and reduced the electrical conductivity and the soluble sugar content in leaves, so as to strengthen the rice seedling and reinforced it stress resistance. Through analysis, three indices, namely electrical conductivity, POD activity, u the soluble sugar content were screened, which had close relation to the drought resistance.
