摘要： 本文依据小麦生产发展和市场要求的变化特点，对江苏淮北地区小麦生产情况及品质现状进行了分析，介绍了该地区生态气候特点，指出淮北发展优质中高筋专用小麦的独特优势并探讨了相应的发展对策。文章还对影响小麦品质的生态气候因素作了探讨。

关键词: 黑杨, 黑杨, 无性系, 树干高度, 顺纹抗压强度

Abstract: According the characters of demand-supply in wheat market ,this article analyses the status and problems of wheat development and quality in Huaibei region, Jiangsu province. Meanwhile , author introduce the ecological 、climatic and regional traffic conditions in this region and point out the distinctive superiorities of developing special wheat which contains middle or high gluten and put forward some relevant ways .In addition, author discuss some ecological and climatic factors affecting wheat quality.
