Adsorption Property of Moringa Seed Shell Biochar to Cu2+ in Solution

摘要:

为探究辣木籽壳生物炭对Cu2+的吸附性能,以辣木籽壳为原料,1000℃热解、KOH改性制备生物炭,采用平衡吸附法研究改性前后生物炭对Cu2+的吸附机理。结果表明:当pH 7.0时,加入同样量的辣木籽壳生物炭,改性后辣木籽壳生物炭对Cu2+的吸附效果优于改性前。吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型。造成这种吸附差异的原因与生物炭的比表面积、孔隙结构和芳香结构以及SiO2含量有关。综上所述,所制备的辣木籽壳生物质活性炭在一定范围内对Cu2+有良好的去除作用。

Abstract:

To reveal the adsorption performance of Moringa seed shell biochar to Cu2+, Moringa seed shell was used as raw material to prepare biochar under 1000℃ pyrolysis and modified with KOH. The equilibrium adsorption method was adopted to study the adsorption mechanism of Cu2+ by the biochar before and after modification. The results showed that the adsorption efficiency of modified Moringa seed shell biochar was better than that that of unmodified biochar under the same adsorption condition of pH 7.0. The adsorption process was in accordance with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and the quasi-second-order kinetic model. The difference was related to the specific surface area, pore structure and aromatic structure of the biochar as well as the content of SiO2. The research indicates that the prepared Moringa seed shell biochar has a good removal effect on Cu2+ in a certain range.
