Uptake Preference of Different Forms of Nitrogen in the Community of Calamagrostis angustifolia in Sanjiang Plain

摘要:

为探讨三江平原植被对不同形态氮的吸收偏好,以三江平原典型植物群落——草甸小叶章群落为研究对象,利用15N示踪技术,施加标记的NH+4-N和NO-3-N。结果表明:草甸小叶章群落5种植物均表现出喜硝性,且优势种小叶章吸收的铵态氮和硝态氮最多。优势种小叶章不同器官短期内偏好硝态氮的优先顺序为叶>茎>根。土壤中大部分外源氮被植物吸收,土壤残留的铵态氮多于硝态氮。

Abstract:

To explore the vegetation absorption preference of different nitrogen forms in Sanjiang plain, took the typical plant community in Sanjiang plain, Calamagrostis angustifolia community in meadow, as the research object, the labeled NH +4-N and NO-3-N were applied by15N tracer technology. The results showed that all the five species in the meadow community showed nitrate preference, and the dominant species of the community absorbed the most ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. The preference of nitrate nitrogen in different organs of the dominant species was leaf>stem>root. Most of the exogenous nitrogen in the soil was absorbed by plants, and the residual ammonium nitrogen in the soil was more than the nitrate nitrogen.
