10个无籽西瓜品种全国异地试验分析

Trial Analysis of 10 Seedless Watermelon Varieties in Different Places in China

摘要:

为了加速无籽西瓜新品种选育和推广,全国无籽西瓜科研与生产协作组于2020年开展10个无籽西瓜新品种异地展示示范试验。通过测定与评价参试品种的抗病性、坐果习性及果实相关性状指标,结果表明,参试品种的综合性状表现均为优良。其中‘京珑-2’、‘京珑-3’是小果型品种,与中大果型相比,单瓜质量较小、可溶性固形物含量较高、果皮较薄,适宜设施栽培;‘莱卡红4号’、‘雪峰新二号’、‘津花蜜2108’等3个品种在7个不同试验点的抗枯萎病性表现更突出且总体表现较为稳定,具有一定的推广价值,建议先进行小面积试种再进行大面积推广种植。综上所述,本研究参试品种有5个品种在全国7个省份的表现均较为稳定且在抗枯萎病性、坐果习性、可溶性固形物含量等方面表现较为突出,具有一定的推广和应用价值。本试验为无籽西瓜的选育与生产者提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:

To speed up the breeding and promotion of new seedless watermelon varieties, the National Seedless Watermelon Research and Production Cooperation Group carried out demonstration experiments of 10 new seedless watermelon varieties in different places in 2020. By evaluating the disease resistance, fruit setting habits and fruit related traits of the tested varieties, we found that the comprehensive performance of the tested varieties was relatively good. Among them, ‘Jinglong-2’and ‘Jinglong-3’ were small fruit varieties. Compared with medium and large fruit types, the single melon of the above two varieties had smaller weight, higher sugar content and thinner peel, and the two varieties were suitable for facility cultivation. Three varieties, including ‘Red Lycopene No.4’, ‘Xuefeng New 2’, and ‘Jinhuami 2108’, had more outstanding resistance to fusarium wilt at 7 different test sites and the overall performance was relatively stable, which presented a certain promotion value, and were recommended for trial planting in a small area first and then promoted in large area. In summary, 5 of the tested varieties in this study have relatively stable performance in 7 provinces across the country, and have outstanding performance in fusarium wilt resistance, fruit setting habits and sugar content, with certain promotion and application value. The study can provide some suggestions for breeding and cultivating of seedless watermelon.
