青柚叶片营养元素含量季节变化及其相关性研究

Study on Seasonal Variation and Nutrient Elements Correlations in Green Pomelo Leaves

摘要:

本研究旨在探讨青柚成熟叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn 9种元素含量的季节变化及其相关性。对树龄3 a和6 a的青柚进行月度采样,测定其成熟叶片中营养元素含量。结果表明,2种不同树龄青柚叶片中营养元素含量基本一致;青柚成熟叶片中大、中量营养元素年均含量为Ca>N>K>Mg>P,微量元素年均含量依次为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;各营养元素含量在整个生长期中存在明显差异,大、中量元素中K的变幅最大,微量元素中Cu的变幅最大;9种营养元素含量随季节呈现规律性变化,2种不同树龄的变化趋势基本相同;青柚叶片中各种营养元素之间存在相互促进或拮抗的关系。该结果可为青柚栽培实现适时、适肥、适量的科学施肥提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The paper aims to study the seasonal dynamic characteristics of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn elements in mature green pomelo leaves and the correlations between them. Using the 3 and 6-year old mature green pomelo forest as investigation subject, samples were collected 1 time around every month to determine the nutrient element content in mature leaves, the seasonal variation characteristics were analyzed, and the correlations between the elements were evaluated. The result showed that the contents of nutrient elements in the leaves of two different age green pomelo were basically the same. Large and medium amounts of nutrient element annual contents in mature leaves of green pomelo were arranged in the following order: Ca> N> K> Mg> P, while the content of trace elements were arranged in the following order: Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. There were obvious differences in the contents of each nutrient element in the whole growth period. The variation of K in content of macro-elements and mid-elements was the largest, and the variation of Cu in content of micro-elements was the largest. The contents of 9 nutrient elements changed regularly with the seasons, and the changing trend of trees at two different ages was almost identical. There are mutually promoting or antagonistic relations among various nutrient elements in the leaves of green pomelo. The results can provide theoretical basis for scientific fertilization in proper time, suitable fertilizer and proper amount in cultivation of green pomelo.
