蒙古异丽金龟成虫在沙棘园中的空间分布型及抽样技术

摘要:

针对沙棘园蒙古异丽金龟成虫危害加剧、监测防控需求迫切的问题,本研究通过田间抽样,结合多种聚集度指标(扩散系数、丛生指标等)及分布型模型(Iwao的m*-m回归法、Taylor幂法则、Lα-m回归模型和Z-V模型),明确了该虫在沙棘树上的空间分布型为聚集分布,且符合负二项分布特征。基于此,构建了成虫数量的序贯抽样模型 T n = n m 0 ± 1.96 n 2 . 420 m 0 + 0.107 m 0 2 )(Iwao的m*-m模型)和固定抽样数模型T0(n)=20n±21.32 nLα-m模型)。研究结果为内蒙古自治区沙棘园蒙古异丽金龟的预测预报和防治技术制定提供了科学依据,尤其为田间快速调查和精准防控提供了序贯抽样技术支撑。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of increasing damage and urgent demand for monitoring and control of the adult of Anomala mongolica in Hippophae rhamnoides orchards, this study used field sampling, combined with a variety of aggregation indexes (diffusion coefficient, clumping index, etc.) and distribution models (Iwao m*-m regression method, Taylor's power law, Lα-m regression model and Z-V model), to identify that the spatial distribution pattern of the pest on H. rhamnoides trees was aggregated distribution and conformed to the characteristics of negative binomial distribution. Based on this, the models for the sampling number of adults A. mongolica in H. rhamnoides garden was as follows: T n = n m 0 ± 1.96 n 2 . 420 m 0 + 0.107 m 0 2 ) (Iwao's m*-m model) and fixed sampling number model: To(n)=20n±21.32 n(Lα-m model). The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the establishment of prediction and control technology of A.mongolica in H. rhamnoides orchards in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, especially provide sequential sampling technical support for rapid field investigation and accurate prevention and control.
