不同小粒咖啡品种叶锈病在叶片上的空间分布型研究

Spatial Distribution Pattern of Coffee Leaf Rust in Different Arabica Coffee Varieties

摘要: 咖啡锈病是小粒咖啡生产中的重要病害,为探讨小粒咖啡锈病田间分布情况,首先对不同品种田间发病情况进行调查,采用聚集度指标、Iwao 的M* -m 回归法、Taylor 幂法则、Lα-m 回归模型和Z-V 模型对叶锈病在P1、P4、PT、维拉萨奇Villa Sarchí、卡杜拉Caturra、卡杜埃瑞吉纳Catuaí Regional、卡杜埃44 Catuaí44 7个咖啡品种上的空间分布型进行了研究,结果表明:咖啡叶锈病在咖啡品种上总体呈现呈现聚集分布,不同咖啡品种之间平均每叶病斑数有差异,其中卡杜埃瑞吉纳、卡杜埃44 发病较重,且病斑发展速度快,P4病斑平均值最小。该病害在咖啡叶层上的严重度分布总体呈现下层> 中层 > 上层。

Abstract: Coffee leaf rust is one of the major diseases on arabica coffee. The objectives of this work are to clarify the spatial distribution pattern of the leaf rust disease in arabica coffee field. An investigation was conducted on the diseased plants, the spatial distribution pattern of the leaf rust disease was studied by determination of aggregated indices, the Taylor’s power law, Iwao’sM *-m regression analysis, Lan’sLα -m model and Zhang’sZ -V model. Results indicated that the diseased plants in coffee field belong to negativebinomial distribution, the average spot amount of each leaf was different among different arabica coffee varieties. Among them,‘Catuaí Regional’and‘Catuaí44’had a higher severity and spot expansion speed of the disease; the average spot amount on‘P4’was the smallest. The severity of the disease on arabica coffee leaf layers was significantly different, with the sequence of lower leaves> middle leaves> upper leaves.
