Abstract: Bacillus megaterium var. Phosphaticum is a strain of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. It was used as the object in the research what the available phosphate would influence on the growth and organophosphate-solving ability of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. The result show that: (1)The absence of the available phosphate in the surrounding will prolong the lag phase but not influence the total number of the bacteria.(2)Over-abundance of the available phosphate in the culture will deteriorate the bacteria’s organophosphate-solving ability.(3)In the organophosphate-resolving process, the positive regulation of the organophosphate maybe exist.
