水稻根系与氮素吸收利用之研究进展

摘要: 当前中国过高的氮肥施用量引起相对严重的环境问题。氮素是作物最主要的营养元素,而根系则是水稻吸收养分的主要器官,多项研究表明,作物对氮素的高效吸收取决于根系的生物学特征。因此研究水稻根系与氮素吸收利用的关系对于提高氮肥利用率、缓解环境污染具有重要意义。综述了近年来与水稻对氮素养分吸收和利用有关的根系研究的情况,归纳和比较了水稻根系形态及其活力的一般研究方法,并对氮素养分与水稻根系形态及根系生理活性的关系进行了探讨。

Abstract: Now the highly used of nitrogenous fertilizer in our country makes a relatively serious problem of environment. Nitrogen is the most important nutrition element of crops, and the root is the major organ of rice to absorb nutrient. A lot of studies show that the efficient absorption of nitrogen by crops depends on the biology feature of root. So studying the relationship of rice root and the nitrogen’s absorption and using makes sense for raising the utilization rate of nitrogenous fertilizer and alleviating the pollution of environmental. The paper summarizes recent progress in study on rice root related to nitrogen uptake and utilization, and compares some methods about research of root morphology and activity. The relation of nitrogen nutrition and root morphology, activity is discussed in rice.
