Abstract: The paper reviewed the experience or/and practice of modern agriculture in main developed country in the world such as USA, Japan, Holland and Germany from the view of strategic analysis and road option, state regularity and law support system, role of government in management and service , protection policy in different ways, establishment of global trade market system, forming productivity in large scale, intensive input of labor factors, business processing according with industrialization chain, distribution of main products in suitable geological region, equipment and facility from industry to arm agriculture, system of social supply and service , input from government and financial system in rural area, national system of agricultural science and technology and self-creation, system of public education and professional training for farmer, interaction mechanism among first, second and third industry as well as development in rural and urban.
