Abstract: Through the analysis of the current situation of the industrialization of agricultural patent, we find that there are two restriction factors: first, the internal restriction factor is the agricultural patent itself; second, the external restriction factor is agriculture industry and society condition. Based on the factors, the paper proposes the related policy suggestion from the internal and external aspects.
