摘要:

水稻遗传转化技术是探究水稻基因功能和开展遗传育种的重要手段。为进一步推动遗传转化技术在水稻中的应用,笔者总结了聚乙二醇(PEG)法、脂质体法、电激法、基因枪法、花粉管通道法和农杆菌介导法等几种常用水稻遗传转化方法,并分析归纳了这些转化方法在实际应用中的优缺点。同时,笔者还重点阐述了农杆菌介导的水稻遗传转化研究进展,指出侵染体系、再生体系和组织培养条件等因素对农杆菌介导的水稻遗传转化影响,并提出农杆菌介导法优化的一些具体措施。

Abstract:

Rice genetic transformation technology is an important mean to explore the function of rice genes and carry out genetic breeding. In order to promote the application of rice genetic transformation, we summarized several genetic transformation methods, such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) mediated method, liposome method, electric shock method, particle bombardment, pollen tube pathway method and Agrobacterium-mediated method. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of these genetic transformation methods in practical application were described. Meanwhile, we focused on the research progress of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of rice as well as pointed out the influence of infection system, regeneration system and tissue culture conditions on Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of rice. Moreover, some specific measures for optimization of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation were also provided.
