几种大田栽培牡丹花前光合作用特性初探

摘要: 利用英国PP-Systems公司生产的CIRAS-1便携式光合作用测定系统对大田栽培的胡红、肉芙蓉、乌龙捧盛和银红巧对四种常用于冬季温室催花牡丹植株光合作用特性进行了研究。结果表明:四种牡丹牡丹植株在大田条件下花前叶片净光合速率Pn的日变化均呈单峰曲线。气孔导度从早上7:00就开始下降。气孔因素是限制牡丹花前净光合速率提高的原因之一。乌龙捧盛有相对较低的光补偿点和光饱和点,具有较强的对较低光强的利用能力,银红巧对具有较高的羧化效率。

Abstract: Photosynthetic characteristics of four field-grown Tree Peony‘Hu hong’、Tree Peony‘Rou fu rong’、Tree Peony‘Wu Long peng sheng’and Tree Peony‘Yin hong qiaodui’were studied comparatively with the CIRAS-1 photosynthetic instrument before the flower blossom out in April. The result showed that the changes during the day in net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of four mature tree peony leaves was typical single peak curve, The change trend between Pn with stomatal conductance are very different. The stomatal conductance begin to decrease at 7:00pm. Tree Peony‘Wu long pengsheng' has the lower The light compensation points (LCP) and Llight saturation point (LSP). Corboxylation efficiency(CE) of Tree Peony‘Yin hong qiao dui’was Relatively higher.
