不同海拔野生金露梅叶的成分分析

摘要: 金露梅灌木林是青海最大的灌木林区之一。目前对金露梅叶片的研究仅限于解剖结构、灌丛地上部分生物量和黄酮类物质的研究,对青海野生金露梅叶成分整体研究少。2005年7月在海拔2840m和2510m处采野生金露梅叶作为样品进行成分分析,结果表明:样品在海拔2840m处黄酮的含量高于样品在海拔2510m处的含量;单宁的含量相当;样品在海拔2840m处还原糖的含量高于样品在海拔2510m处的含量,粗蛋白的含量低于样品2510m处的含量。

Abstract: Potentilla fruticosa L. bush wood is research that one of biggest bush of Qing Hai wood's areas. At present leaf blade's research only is restricted in the dissection structure, the brush aerial parts biomass and the flavonoid, The leaf department ingredient whole conducts the research to Qinghai wild Potentilla fruticosa L. quite to be few. Gathers wild Bush Cinquefoil leaf in July of 2005 Distinction 2510 m ,2840 m to Carries on the ingredient analysis as the sample, The result indicates: The sample inside a flavonoid contains the deal higher than the sample inside 2510 m contains the deal; The tannin content rather equal; The sample inside 2840 m restores the sugar contains the deal higher than sample inside the 2510 m contains the deal, the rude protein of contains the deal lower than sample inside the 2510 m contains the deal.
