摘要: 利用遥感技术进行土地利用动态监测是利用多源多时相的遥感数据,利用栅格数据和矢量数据相结合对土地进行全面性的调查与监测,掌握其数量、质量、权属、利用现状等各种信息,它能够主动发现土地利用变化的信息,使我们可以及时掌握有关土地变更的各种信息。可是当我们发现了疑似变更了属性的非法建设用地等图斑时,这些变化图斑或不确定图斑,我们很难在影像上获取它们的准确的空间位置。本文以SPOT-5遥感影像为数据源,通过图像匹配技术来解决在土地利用动态监测中的非法建设用地变化图斑的空间定位的问题。

Abstract: Dynamic detection of land use by using remote sensing technique is to make use of remote sensing data which is multisource and multiphrase, and to combine the grid data and vector data to investigate and monitor the lands . We can know their quantities, qualities and attributes, to find the changes of land use actively. But the question is that when we find the polygons of illegal construction lands whose attributes have already been changing, it is difficult for us to get their accurate space location. The main issue discussed in this paper depict how to use images matching technique to solve the proplem of polygon's space location in dynamic detection of land use. The data source is from SPOT-5 remote sensing data.
