小麦抗白粉病基因定位及分子标记辅助育种综述

摘要: 小麦白粉病是小麦生产的主要病害之一。使用分子标记技术对抗白粉病基因进行定位,并进行标记辅助育种是防治该病的十分经济、有效的措施。到目前为止,小麦基因组中已定名抗白粉病基因33个,其中22个基因位点的28个抗白粉病基因找到了与之紧密连锁的分子标记,其中一些已经应用到标记辅助育种中。此文对小麦抗白粉病基因染色体定位、来源及其分子标记辅助育种研究现状进行了综述,针对存在的问题提出了解决的方法。

Abstract: Powdery mildew, caused by Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici, is one of the most serious wheat diseases throughout world. Growing resistant cultivars is the most economical and effective approach to control this disease. Molecular markers play an important role to locate genes with resistance to powdery mildew, and marker assisted selection has obtained some success. Now, 33 gene loci(Pm1-Pm31)for resistance to powdery mildew have been identified and located on different chromosomes, of which 28 alleles from 22 loci were successfully tagged or mapped. In this paper, the newest research of powdery mildew resistant genes was reviewed and applications of molecular assisted selection on breeding for disease resistance were discussed. At the same time, strategies and methods to solve questions were listed.
