摘要： 【研究目的】通过对桃豫矮化砧木1号茎段灭菌效果的比较，探讨合理有效的灭菌方法，为桃树矮化砧木离体体系的建立奠定基础。【方法】采用75%乙醇和不同浓度的 HgCl2（升汞）、NaClO(次氯酸钠)爱尔施牌消毒片浸液等灭菌试剂对外植体进行灭菌。【结果表明】用75%乙醇+不同浓度的消毒片浸液混合使用的灭菌效果要明显好于75%乙醇+不同浓度的NaClO(次氯酸钠) 混合使用和75%乙醇+不同浓度的HgCl2（升汞）混合使用的灭菌效果。其中以75%乙醇灭菌30s+1.5g/L消毒片灭菌20min效果最好。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVEI】In order to establish the base of the peach dwarfing rootstock’s isolated system, compared the disinfectant effects on the peach dwarfing rootstock Yunong 1, looking for the reasonable and effective disinfectant method. 【METHOD】 The stem segments of the dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1 were disinfected by 75% C2H5OH、HgCl2 、NaClO and disinfectants . 【CONCLUSION】The results indicated that by compared the disinfectant effect, it can be concluded that 75% C2H5OH matched disinfectants was obviously better than 75% C2H5OH matched NaClO or HgCl2. As the result , using 75% C2H5OH 30s+1.5g/L disinfectant 20 minutes was the best method.
