翻压黑麦草对烤烟产、质量影响的研究

Study of the Ryegrass Application on the Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 2006-2007年,在重庆市武隆县研究了黑麦草不同翻压量对烤烟产、质量的影响。结果表明,翻压黑麦草后,烟株的最大叶长、最大叶宽和茎围比对照有所增加;同时,降低了烟株病害的发生。翻压黑麦草后,降低了中部烟叶总氮和烟碱的含量;增加了总糖、还原糖、苯丙氨酸类物质、类胡萝卜素类物质、棕色化产物类物质、类西柏烷类物质、新植二烯的含量和中性香气成分总量,使化学成分更加协调。翻压黑麦草后增加了烟叶的产量、产值、均价、上等烟比例和中等烟比例。

Abstract: Application of the ryegrass with different level on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied in Chongqing Wulong from 2006 to 2007. Results showed that the biggest leaf length, the biggest leaf width and stalk circumference of tobacco increased with the application of ryegrass. The diseases ratio decreased at the same time. After the ryegrass application the content of total nitrogen and nicotine of the flue-cured leaves decreased and the content of total sugar, reduce sugar, phenylalanines, carotenoids, browning reaction products, cembranenoids, neoplytadiene and neutral aroma total contents increased, thus made the chemical components more comfortable. The yield, production value, average price, high class leaf proportion and middle class leaf proportion of the flue-cured tobacco increased with the application of ryegrass.
