摘要: 目前食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。针对食品原料、加工、运输等信息的追溯问题,缺陷产品召回困难现象,以及消费者对购买产品知情权的需求,追溯系统渐渐发展起来。本文综述了食品质量安全追溯系统产生的背景以及现状,并对茶叶领域建立追溯系统的意义及前景进行了分析。

Abstract: Now people are paying close attention to the problem of food safety. Due to the problem of traceability about information on raw materials, processing, transportation and so on, the difficulty of recalling poor-quality products and the right of information for customers, traceability system have developed gradually. In this paper, the background and research status of traceability had been summarized. The Significance and the Prospect of establishing traceability system on tea had been analyzed.
