丹东烟草角斑病发生规律及综合防治

Occurrence Regularity and Integrated Control of Tobacco Angular Leaf Spot Disease in Dandong

摘要: 研究旨在于找出烟草角斑病在丹东地区的发病成因和发生规律,为指导地区角斑病综合防治提供科学依据。2013-2015年连续三年采用隔绝侵染,分期暴露法进行田间试验,结合年度间的气候因素来研究烟草角斑病的发生规律和最佳防治时间。[结果]结果表明,6月中旬到8月末是烟草角斑病的高发期,每年7月-8月中旬最少会出现两次侵染高峰,侵染高峰时期年度间的差异与气象因子密切相关。在满足连续雨日3d以上或空气湿度达到80%以上条件的基础上,出现持续28℃以上高温2-4d,极易导致田间角斑病出现侵染高峰。角斑病的控制重在预防,应根据该病发生流行规律、气候变化情况预测其发病流行的趋势,提前做好防病的准备。特别是出现暴风雨、雨日多、雨量大、湿度大后的暴晴天气,应作为重点防控时期。

Abstract: To provide a scientific basis for the integrated control of (Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci ) by finding out the causation and occurrence regularity of the disease in Dandong, Liaoning, we did a field experiment with the isolated infection and stage exposure method in 2013- 2015, to study the occurrence regularity and optimal control time of the tobacco angular leaf spot disease combined with annual climate factors. The results showed that: the peak period of angular leaf spot was from mid June to late August; there were at least two infection peaks in July to mid August each year, and the infection difference between the peak years was closely related to annual climate factors; based on the conditions of continuous rain for more than 3 days or humidity more than 80%, then the sustained high temperature above 28℃ for 2-4 days could easily led to the infection peak of field angular leaf spot. The disease control focused on prevention, people should predict the prevalence trend of the disease and prepare for disease prevention in advance based on the epidemic of the disease and climate change, especially sunny weather after stormy weather, rainy days, heavy precipitation and high humidity, which should be taken as a key prevention and control period.
