龙眼体胚发生中期发育同步化的初步调控

摘要: 本研究以龙眼“红核子”胚性愈伤组织为材料,对龙眼体细胞胚胎发生进行同步化调控,获得了心形胚、鱼雷形胚和高度同步化的子叶形胚。研究表明,通过培养基中2,4-D浓度的微量调整, 基本能够控制控制龙眼体胚发育中期心型、鱼雷形胚的发育同步化。

Abstract: In this experiment the synchronization regulation of somatic embryogenesis from the embryogenic callus were performed in Dimocarpus longan Lour. cv. Honghezi and the somatic embryos at heart-stage, torpedo-stage and cotyledonary-stage were obtained. The results showed that the developmental synchronization of somatic embryos at heart-stage and torpedo-stage could be roughly achieved by changing the concentrations of 2,4-D in the media gently at the middle developmental stages during longan somatic embryogenesis.
