尿洗合剂对菜蚜的防治作用

摘要： 菜蚜是十字花科蔬菜的重要害虫，包括桃蚜和萝卜蚜等。无公害蔬菜生产必须解决污染问题，其中最常见的是农药污染。蔬菜农药残留量超标，不仅威胁广大消费者的身体健康，而且直接影响我国蔬菜在国际市场上的竞争力 [2]。因此选用无污染无残留的农药进行防治蔬菜害虫是蔬菜生产的重中之重。目前生产上已经在使用尿洗合剂防治菜蚜。尿洗合剂是一种经济实用、安全无毒的治菜蚜药剂[3]。尿洗合剂即用尿素与洗衣粉按比例配置的水溶液，对菜蚜有较强的杀伤作用，防治效果可达95%以上。因为尿素具有破坏昆虫几丁质的作用, 而洗衣粉中含有表面活性剂烷基苯黄酸钠,能使昆虫体表蜡层溶解, 接触虫体时可形成不透水、不透气的一层薄膜堵塞虫体的气孔，使其窒息而死,尿素又有根外追肥的作用[4]。尿洗合剂适用于蔬菜及其他作物，简单易得,符合安全、不污染环境等无公害要求[1]，在蚜虫大发生年应用是一种良好的除虫增产应急措施。鉴于此，本文研究了尿洗合剂对菜蚜的防治作用，为无公害蔬菜生产提供依据。

Abstract: The antifeed activify ,toxicity and control effects of urinary wash mixture with different proportion of urea and washing powder on mustard aphid were studied in this paper.The results showed that the urinary wash mixture with the proportion of urea(4):washing powder(1):water(100)had the best effecys on mastard aphid.The antifeed rate in 24h,rectified mortality in 96h and population dropping rate in 7d of mrtand aphid were 75.08%,86.7% and 55% respectively.
