Abstract: The article qualitatively analyzed the factors of the international competitiveness of Fujian’s flower industry on the base of Porter’s diamond model，draw a conclusions that the labor force, the bility to technical innovation, the regional market demand, flower’s circulation system, flower industrial structure and the trade or craft competition as well as the opportunity and the government all have the influence to promote the international competitiveness of Fujian’s flower industry；the last the paper obtained the conclusion that Fujian must strengthen the technical innovation, enhance the degree of industry organization, improve the circulation system, promote flower industry cooperation and exchanges between Fujian and Taiwany, increase policies for flower industry development to promote the competitiveness of Fujian’s flower industry．
