Abstract: Chinese agricultural eco-environmental deterioration trend has not been effective control, the main problems faced by the following: the resources of water and cultivated land are scarce, the climate becomes warmer, the natural disasters are frequent； the pollution of agriculture-generating and village life is still serious, the pollution of industrial and urban continues to migrate to the agricultural region； the soil erosion, the land degradation, the decrease of agriculture biodiversity and so on conditions are still developing. In order to improve our country ecological and environmental condition of agriculture, we must implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, perfect environmental protection laws and regulations, develop water-saving agriculture, control agriculture-generating pollution, develop recycling economy, and implement regional ecological restoration.
