板蓝根多糖的提取及其对猪细小病毒的体外作用

摘要: 用水煮醇沉法提取板蓝根多糖,通过观察PK-15细胞病变效应(CPE)来评价板蓝根多糖的不同加药方式体外对猪细小病毒(PPV)的阻断和抑制作用。结果表明板蓝根多糖在对细胞的安全浓度范围内,对猪细小病毒有明显的阻断作用和抑制的作用,最小的阻断浓度为2.09μg/ml,最小的抑制浓度为4.19μg/ml。

Abstract: The experimental boil alcohol extraction isatisroot polysaccharide, and PK-15 cells cultured porcine parvovirus (PPV), by observing cytopathic effect (CPE) to evaluate isatisroot polysaccharide on the porcine parvovirus blocking role and inhibition used. The results showed indigowoad root polysaccharides in the cell concentration of security, porcine parvovirus obviously blocking role and the role of inhibition, the smallest concentration of 2.09μg/ml block, minimum inhibitory concentration for 4.19μg/ml.
