高效降解角蛋白菌株的分离筛选与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Keratin-Degrading Bacillus Thuringiensis NJY1

摘要:

为从环境中分离高效降解羽毛角蛋白的细菌,采用以羽毛粉为唯一碳源和氮源的培养基筛选,结果得到一株高效降解羽毛角蛋白的NJY1(CGMCC No.2337)菌株。通过对该菌株形态特征观察,生理生化特性测定和16S rRNA分析(Genbank登陆号:EU624205),该菌株与苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)的相似性达100%,初步认定该菌株为苏云金芽孢杆菌。采用该菌株经过72h发酵,角蛋白降解率达72.5%;2%羽毛发酵液中可溶性蛋白含量达到25.2mg/mL。本试验为微生物发酵降解羽毛粉,生产高质量的蛋白饲料提供了优良菌株。

Abstract:

To obtain high efficient keratin-degraded bacteria, strain NJY1 from environment soil was isolated by feather meal as its sole source of carbon, nitrogen. Strain NJY1 was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis based on morphology observation, physicochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis (GenBank ID: EU624205) due to100% homology with it. The degradation rate of feather was up to 72.5% after 72 h of fermentation at 37 °C, and soluble protein concentration in fermented liquid was 25.2mg/mL. We provided a high efficient keratin-degraded bacterium to product high quality protein feed.
