摘要:

本文重点介绍了植物体内花青素生物合成途径以及其合成酶(查尔酮合成酶、查尔酮异构酶、黄烷酮3-羟化酶、二羟基黄酮醇还原酶、花色素苷合成酶以及类黄酮3-O-糖基转移酶)的分子生物学研究进展。

Abstract:

in this paper, the pathway of anthocyanidin synthesis in plantsand the molecular biology progress on its synthases(chalconesynthase, chalcone isomerase, flavanone 3-hydroxylase, dihydroflavonol 4-reductase, anthocyanin synthase and flavonoid3-O-glucosyltransferase) were mainly introduced.
