Effect of selenium to the tobacco on the physiology and the Content of selenium

摘要:

本文通过两种形态的硒源在烟叶早期的喷洒,研究了硒对烟叶生长过程中抗氧化系统关键酶活性、丙二醛含量和烟叶硒含量的影响。结果表明,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著提高;丙二醛( MDA)低于对照,烟叶中硒含量明显高于对照,施硒延长了烟叶的生育期;同时也显示了富硒叶面肥明显高于单一亚硒酸钠。

Abstract:

Spraying the selenium to the leaf surface is the most important way to get the tobacco which is rich in selenium; this experiment has studied the effect of selenium to the leaf tobaccos in the selenium content and some physiological targets influences in the growth process by two kinds of selenium in the early time. The result showed that the GSH-Px Activity of tobacco leaves kept relatively high activity, The MDA is lower than the comparison, the selenium content in the leaf tobacco enhances in evidence, the effect of compound selenium is higher than the Na2SeO3 obviously, and it delayed the leaf tobacco to be senile.
