Decolorization of Naphthol Green-B by Removing Nutritional Repression and High Producing Ligninases Mutant of White Rot Fungus pc5305

摘要:

利用白腐菌处理染料废水,可通过其分泌的特殊降解酶系达到良好的脱色效果。本文以300mg/L的萘酚绿-B染料为处理对象,首先从四种不同白腐菌中筛选出对萘酚绿-B具最佳脱色作用的pc5305,并对pc5305脱色萘酚绿-B的条件进行了优化。结果显示,白腐菌静置培养4d后用于染料脱色效果最好。实验结果还显示,在染料溶液初始pH4.4、处理过程振荡且接种量大于2.0×107个孢子/L条件下,pc5305可在8h内使浓度高达300mg/L的萘酚绿-B脱色90%以上。

Abstract:

Abstract:Using white-rot fungi to treat dye wastewater can reach a good decolorization purpose by means of their specific degradation enzymes. In this paper, concentration of 300mg/L Naphthol Green-B dyes was used to be treated by white rot fungi. At first, the strain of pc5305 was to be screened for the best decolorization white rot fungus which used to treat Naphthol Green-B from the four different strains. Secondly, we optimized the decolorization conditions of Naphthol Green-B with pc5305. The results showed that the optimal process for pc5305 to decolorize Naphthol Green-B dyes were those of initial pH 4.4,oscillating,using after four days static culture and the inoculation quantity greater than 2.0×107spores/L pc5305 to be inoculated. In this optimal decolorization conditions, the decolorization rate of pc5305 to 300mg/L Naphthol Green-B dyes can reach above 90% within 8h.
