摘要: 摘要:SSR(Simple Sequence Repeat)是在PCR基础上发展起来的一种DNA多态性检测技术,具有含量丰富、多态性高、共显性等优点,目前在动物、植物等研究领域中得到了广泛应用。本文简要介绍了SSR技术的进展及其在棉花遗传育种中的应用情况。

Abstract: Abstract: SSR ( Simple Sequence Repeat) is one kinds of markers developed on the basis of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR),with the advantages of rich content,high polymorphism, codominant and so on.It has been extensively applicated in the research fields of animal,plant and so on.Advances and applications of SSR marker technology in cotton genetics and breeding were introduced in this paper.
