Effects of Bast Fiber Film on Rice Seedlings Growth and Its Mechanism Research

摘要: 探讨秧盘铺垫麻育秧膜对水稻秧苗生长发育的影响及其机理。以常规稻‘湘晚籼13’和杂交稻‘Y两优’1号为材料,研究了麻育秧膜的应用对水稻秧苗地上部生长发育和根系呼吸酶活性带来的变化。研究表明,与无膜对照处理相比,秧盘铺垫麻育秧膜处理的秧苗生物量,叶绿素含量,可溶性糖含量,硝态氮含量,伤流强度均得到了不同程度的提高;铺膜处理秧苗根系的整体呼吸代谢水平显著上升,乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性和对照相比显著提高,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和对照相比无明显差异。‘湘晚籼13号’秧苗各项生理指标和‘Y两优1号’的品种间差异未达到显著水平。说明秧盘铺垫麻育秧膜对水稻秧苗的生长发育具有明显的改善作用。

Abstract: The objective of this study is to figure out the effects of bast fiber film on rice seedling growth. In this study, indica cultivar ‘Xiangwanxian 13’ and indica hybrid cultivar ‘Y liangyou 1’ were used to investigate the changes of aboveground part growth and root respiration enzyme activities of rice seedlings treated with bast fiber film. The results showed that, compared with the control, the accumulation of shoot biomass, chlorophyll content, root bleeding sap, soluble sugar in shoot, and plant NO3-N content were significantly enhanced after bast fiber film treatment. In addition, the activities of malate dehydrogenas (MDH) and alcohol dehydrogenas (ADH) were higher in rice seedling roots treated with bast fiber film, while there was no significant change of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) after bast fiber film treatment. However, there was no significant difference of these indicators between the two cultivars. All the results indicated that the growth and development of rice seedlings could be improved by the application of bast fiber film.
