不同紫花苜蓿品种营养品质及相关性研究

Study on Nutritional Quality and Correlation of Different Alfalfa Varieties

摘要:本试验采用完全随机区组设计,研究了14个紫花苜蓿品种第一个生长年份的营养品质及相关性。结果显示:(1)随着收割茬数的增加植株高度不断减低,从五茬平均值来看,株高排名前四名的分别是三德利、德宝、金皇后和赛特,高度均在60cm以上。(2)14个紫花苜蓿品种均能安全越冬,干物质产量前五名分别是赛特、金皇后、三德利、德宝和傲汗。(3)不同紫花苜蓿品种其营养品质不一样,叶茎比以爱菲尼特最高,为54.69%,其次是多叶王、德宝、金皇后、盛世,前五名叶茎比均在50%以上;粗蛋白质含量最高为多叶王,20.21%,其次是爱菲尼特、盛世、傲汗、德宝。(4)紫花苜蓿干物质产量和株高存在显著(P<0.05)的正相关,叶茎比与粗蛋白质含量呈极显著(P<0.01)的正相关,与粗纤维含量呈极显著(P<0.01)的负相关,粗蛋白质和粗纤维呈现出显著(P<0.05)的负相关关系。因此在苜蓿的生产和选育工作中,我们可以通过在田间测定植株高度、叶茎比预测紫花苜蓿的产草量、粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量,进而预测其品质。

Abstract:

Abstract: A complete randomized block design was used in the experiment. The nutritional value of alfalfa, and correlation analysis were studied in this research. Several results were obtained from the experiment. (1) As cutting times of alfalfa increased, the plant height decreased, plant height of the top four alfalfa varieties was Sandili, Derby, Golden queen, Sitle, and plant height of which was more than 60 cm. (2) The 14 alfalfa varieties could survive safely the winter. Sitle has the highest dry matter yield (up to 16.14 t/hm2), next comes Golden queen, Sandili, Empress, ACAah. (3) The change of the same element varied with the rice variety, leaf-stem ratio of Affinity was the highest among the fourteen alfalfa varieties (up to 54.69%), the following is Multiking, Derby, Golden queen, Millennium, and the leaf-stem ratio of the first five varieties was above 50%; crude protein content of Multiking was the highest (up to 20.21%), the following is Affinity, Millennium, ACAah, Derby. (4) Dry matter yield had significant positive correlation with plant height(p<0.05), leaf stem ratio had extremely significant positive correlation with crude protein content and extremely significant negative correlation with crude fiber (p<0.01), so in breeding and introducing new alfalfa varieties, dry matter yield and nutritional value could be predicted in the field by plant height and leaf stem ratio, and we also could predict yield and nutritional value by measuring plant height and leaf stem ratio in the field.
