摘要：

柑橘皮渣来源广泛，资源丰富，含有大量的营养物质和功能性物质，是很好的饲料资源。本文对柑橘皮渣的营养成分和饲料资源化研究与应用进行了综述。

关键词: 传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV), 传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV), SIgM(surface IgM), λ轻链, 原核表达

Abstract:

Citrus pericarp is a good forage resources which is rich and abundant in nutrients and functional materials.In this paper,the nutrient composition ,the research and application on forage reusing of citrus pericarp are reviewed.
