摘要：

特色农业产业化中实现农业增长方式和经营方式根本转变的关键是协调各个利益相关主体，其中最为重要的是农户地位的界定。本文基于契约理论分析特色农业产业化，界定农户具有有限理性、不确定性、资产专用性的特征，通过完善农户的特征找到解决特色农业产业化发展模式中普遍存在的契约约束脆弱性和协调困难的有效方法。

Abstract:

In characteristic agricultural industrialization, the key of agricultural growth and the mode to achieve a fundamental change is to coordinate the various stakeholders, the most important of which is the definition of the status of farmers. Based on theoretical analysis, farmers have a limited definition of rationality, uncertainty, asset specificity characteristics; we want to find a solution to resolve prevalent problems in the contract binding vulnerability and difficulties in coordination an effective manner by improving the characteristics of farmers.
