不同营养元素处理下剑麻叶片内源多胺和水杨酸的动态变化

摘 要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法,对不同营养元素处理下剑麻内源多胺和内源水扬酸的变化进行了分析。结果表明,剑麻幼苗生长发育阶段多胺对不同营养元素的反应主要以腐胺来体现,同时,内源多胺和水扬酸的含量表现出不同的变化趋势,这可能与其生长发育需要不同的营养有关。

Abstract:

Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the changes of endogenous polyamines and salicylic acid content in sisal hemp with different fertilizer treating. The results showed that during the sisal hemp seedling development stage, the reactive of endogenous polyamines to different fertilizers was mainly reflected in the content of endogenous putrescence. Meanwhile, endogenous polyamines and salicylic acid both varied in the seedling period which probably infected by the need of fertilizer with sisal hemp growth.
