影响土壤真菌多样性的土壤因素研究

Study on Soils Effect Factors to Fungi Diversity in HeBei Province

摘要:

本文研究了河北省蔬菜保护地土壤真菌多样性及其主要影响因素。鉴定出疫霉(Phytophthora) 、毛霉(Mucor)、共头霉(Syncephalastrum)、毛壳(Chaetomium kunze)、青霉(Penicillium)、曲霉(Aspergillus)、镰孢菌(Fusarium)、枝顶孢(Acremonium)、炭疽菌 (Colletorichum)、头孢霉(Cephalosporium)、被毛枝葡萄孢(Botryotrichum)、漆斑菌(Myrothecium)、被孢霉(Mortierella)、细基束梗霉(Cephalotrichum)、圆酵母(Torula)、粘帚霉(Gliocladium)、毁丝霉(Myceliophthora)、金孢(Chrysoporium)、轮枝菌(Vertillium)、弯颈霉(Tolypocladium)、腐质霉(Humicola)、葡萄穗霉(Stachybotrys)、木霉(Ttrichoderma)和丝核菌(Rhizoctonia)24属74种真菌。同时表明土壤因子中以速效钾、有机肥、含水量、土壤质地对真菌的种类和数量影响较大,尤其是有机肥含量与土壤真菌的数量和种类之间的相关系数可达0.97和0.96。而碱解氮和有效磷肥对真菌数量和种类影响没有规律性。

Abstract:

fungi diversity and its effect factors were studied in the thesis. 74 species included 24 genus were identified such as Phytophthora、 Mucor Syncephalastrum、 Chaetomium、 Fusarium、 Acremonium、 Colletorichum、 Penicillium、 Cephalosporium、 Botryotrichum、Myrothecium、Mortierella、Cephalotrichum、Torula、Gliocladium、Myceliophthora、Chrysoporium、Vertillium、Tolypocladium、Humicola、Stachybotrys、Trichoderma and Rhizoctonia .And there are obvious correlation between usable k ,organic nutrition, humidity and soil texture and fungi species and quantity.In particular ,the related coefficient of organic nutrition to fungi species and quantity are 0.976 and 0.960, respectively. But there are no regularity between usable N , P and quantity and species of Fungus.
